job: I was commissioned to create 20 hanging rope centrepieces for the AO Club Dining Room at the Australian Open Tennis. Working in conjunction with a florist, we wanted to create a very organic sculptural piece that would house small glass vials containing orchids. The flowers would increase over the two week period, as if growing from the rope. The venue lighting was moody and blue and the pieces resembled underwater sea creatures.
